What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on design, quantity, and customization. Normally, our turnaround time is 5 to 6 working days, but for rush orders, it can vary from 2-3 or 3-4 weeks.

Can we make our own brand?

Yes, we can supply OEM/ODM services.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we can provide an invoice after confirming the order details.

Do you guys offer samples?

Yes, we can supply a sample, and the sample fee is refundable once the order is confirmed.

Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Our factory is located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. All our clients are welcome to visit!

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 30, but you can contact us for lower quantities.

Can I change or cancel my order?

After confirming the order, you cannot cancel it, but you can change your order details if production has not yet started.

Can I get a refund?

If your order is completed, a refund is not possible.

Are all taxes included in the price or total?

Yes, normally all taxes are included in the given price. However, if any additional taxes arise, you will be notified in advance.
